Formerly known as the Kitchen Cabaret, this show explains what makes up a balanced diet, in a fun, musical way. Only Disney could make nutrition fun and entertaining.

I haven't been back to this attraction in years. I liked the Kitchen Cabaret. I thought Food Rocks! wasn't as good, but it's still worth a few minutes out of your day.
