Today’s memory takes us back to a fun Wednesday afternoon in December 2021. We just finished exploring the colorful rivers of the world, singing along to the anthem of peace in ‘it’s a small world’ and were excited to head further into Fantasyland for our next adventure. The crowds were heavy, and the kids were starting to get tired from all the excitement of the day. The lines were super long for almost every attraction, but we tried to make the best of it. We hopped in line for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and while we waited, we started planning our dinner order for after we got off. Unfortunately our wait was even longer than the posted time, so we had to cancel and re-order, which wasn’t very clear how to do on the app. In any case, we still got to ride the attraction and bounce through the pages with Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeore, and all their friends. And as we exited, we still left with a smile on our faces. It’s amazing how that simple ride can lift the spirits of everyone, no matter how old you are.
As we left the attraction and went through the gift shop, we placed our order and headed to pick up our dinner at Pinocchio Village Haus before we went to find our next adventure.
So once again, for that best experience, make sure you are wearing your favorite headphones to really place yourself in this binaural memory.
