Come and join us for another installment of the WDW-Memories podcast, where I try to make it possible for you relive your Walt Disney World Memories when you can’t actually be there. We’ll be taking a break this week from our Day at Epcot to celebrate the 4th of July at one of the most patriotic places in Epcot, and catch another showing of our favorite group.
Podcast Type: Binaural Audio
Podcast Length: 20:19
Who here had a great 4th of July? Our family has just returned from our week at family camp, where I thankfully didn’t have any internet connectivity. It was great to separate and not think about work or emails or stuff, however that also meant I didn’t get to release our memory on time. So I thought I’d still slip it in a couple of days late anyways. Since Saturday was the 4th of July here in the US, I thought it would be nice to do something patriotic, and what is more patriotic than The Voices of Liberty in The American Adventure Pavilion. So we’ll deviate for one week from our day at Epcot and stop by The American Adventure Pavilion for a quick rest.
Our memory today is from our recent trip to Walt Disney World in January of 2015. Because of a special deal they were running, we purchased 4 day tickets a received a 5th day for free. So instead of wasting the day, we decided to go to Epcot for the half day on our arrival day. We get there sometime after 3, and one of our first stops is in the back of the park to catch The Voices of Liberty. Once again, Susie gets pulled up for “Oh! Susanna”, and she loves it again.
As always, The Voices of Liberty don’t disappoint. Their music is amazing and their blend is just awesome. The perfect patriotic performance.
Today’s memory is in binaural, so I’d suggest putting those headphones on to fully immerse yourself in the memory.
Now sit back. Relax. Close your eyes. And come with me as we bask in the glorious tones of this amazing group.
