Take a virtual audio trip in this installment of the WDW-Memories podcast, brought to you in immersive binaural sound, experiencing another magical memory from Walt Disney World. In today’s memory, you will join my family as we enjoy a firework show that celebrates the child’s wish in all of us.

Well hello and welcome to the WDW-Memories Podcast where together we relive that Walt Disney World Magic. My name is Lou and I’ll once again be your host on this magical adventure.

It’s now under 50 days until our Walt Disney World trip in September. I’ve been reading and listening to everything I can get my hands on as that date nears, and I can’t wait. From attraction openings to shows to fireworks… I just can’t wait. But for now, we’ll look back a few years to when large gatherings for fireworks were commonplace.

Wishes was probably my favorite fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom. Maybe because I’ve seen it the most, but it’s just that complete Disney World moment. When you see it, you know you’re getting the best that Disney has to offer. I’m hopeful for “Disney Enchantment” when it debuts later this year, and hope it continues that tradition of outstanding Disney Fireworks shows.

For today’s memory, we are continuing our second day in the parks on our trip in September of 2016. If you remember from Memory 259, we found a spot on the bridge going to the Mad Tea Party. The Celebrate the Magic castle light show has just finished, and just seconds after it ends, the music begins to build again and the fireworks begin. Susie is singing along beside me, which I didn’t realize she knew the words, but I guess she’s been listening to my podcast or something. As the show ends, we’ve got a decision ahead of us, what do we want to ride during our evening Extra-Magic Hours.

Today’s memory is in binaural once again, so I’d suggest putting those headphones on to fully immerse yourself in the memory.

Now that you have your headphones on, let’s join my family as we enjoy a firework show that celebrates the child’s wish in all of us.
