Please put on your headphones to fully immerse yourself in another one of my Walt Disney World memories. You will feel as if you are at the park with us, experiencing a walk through the Maharajah Jungle Trek, once again through the use of immersive binaural audio. Come along with us as we delve into the fascinating world of Asian animals and discover more about these unique creatures.

So I’ve been traveling a lot this month, and we’re about to leave for our Alaskan cruise. So I haven’t been able to stay regular with releasing new episodes, but I wanted to make sure I got this out before we left for our trip. So let’s jump into it.
Setup the Memory

Today’s memory takes us back to a Tuesday morning in December 2021. After leaving the Tree of Life, we find ourselves with some free time before Kite Tails starts in Asia. So, we decide to head towards the Maharaja Jungle Trek to explore and pass the time.

We’ll stop and see the Gibbons, Water Buffalo, Komodo Dragon, and Malayan Flying Fox, finishing with trying to spot the tiger in the grass. Some interesting things you’ll hear:

  • While observing the gibbons, we noticed a service dog in the vicinity with a guest, which certainly caught the gibbon’s attention. It was an enjoyable experience to witness their reaction.
  • We had an amazing time at the flying fox experience, and the staff member we’ll interact with was really enjoyable to chat with.
  • It was quite difficult for us to locate the tiger, which just goes to show how skilled of a hunter they are while traversing the Asian jungles.
  • We’ll pass on visiting the aviary at the moment as we need to secure seats for the upcoming show of Kite Tails. Rest assured, we will return to the aviary later.

So again, for the best experience, make sure to wear your favorite headphones as this is another binaural memory.
